A $2,352,000 campaign for direct annual contributions to the Jewish Federation–the Federation’s first major citywide campaign in 13 years–was launched here today at a meeting of 150 Jewish communal leaders. The campaign will aid in the financing of 1961 budgeted appropriations totaling $5,798,000 to all Jewish Federation medical and social welfare agencies.
