Chief Rabbi Nissim to Address Rabbinical Assembly Here

An address by Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Nission of Israel by a transoceanic telephone hookup from Jerusalem will highlight the three-day convention of the Rabbinical Alliance of America to be held next week in South Fallsburgh, N. Y. , it was announced here today by Rabbi Ephraim Wolf, this year’s convention chairman. The theme of the Orthodox rabbinical conclave will be “Restoring Torah Authority to Jewish Communal Life.”
