U.N. Special Envoy to Spend Two Days in Israel on Arab Refugee Issue

Dr. Joseph E. Johnson, who is now in the Middle East as a special emissary of the Palestine Conciliation Commission to study the Arab refugee problem, is expected in Israel on Sept. 14. He will remain in Israel for two days. Dr. Johnson is scheduled to meet Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, before she leaves for New York to attend the 16th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
