The B’nai B’rith announced today that religious and cultural programs will be initiated for Jewish students on two Australian university campuses.

Dr. William Haber, chairman of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Commission, announced that Sydney University and the University of New South Wales will be served by a new Hillel Foundation in Sydney. The center will be jointly maintained by B’nai B’rith and the Board of Deputies of New South Wales.

Hillel last year established facilities at Monash University and the University of Melbourne, both located in Melbourne.
