The appointment of Arthur Katz, Dean of the Graduate School of Social Work at Adelphi College, as executive vice-president of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America was announced today by Alan M. Stroock, chairman of the Seminary’s board of directors. Mr. Katz will assume his new duties on February 1.
