Dr. Schwartz Leaves for Israel to Confer on Israel Bond Plans for 1962

Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, vice-president of the Israel Bond Organization, left yesterday for Israel to discuss its increased economic development needs with top leaders of the Israel Government.

The Israel bond leader will confer with Finance Minister Levi Eshkol, Minister of Commerce and Industry Pinhas Sapir, Minister of Development and Housing Giora Josephthal and other Government figures on a program of enlarging the flow of investment capital in the coming year through the Israel bond campaign.
