Johannesburg Mayor Dave Marais gave a civic reception here yesterday in honor of Professor William Haber, president of the World Ort Union and Max Braude, director-general of the organization, who are currently visiting South Africa as guests of South African Ort and Ose. Mayor Marais lauded the guests in a brief address to the gathering which was held in the Johannesburg City Hall.
