A group of 43 outstanding leaders of the Los Angeles community left Idlewild Airport today aboard an El Al Israel Airlines plane for a two-week tour of the State of Israel under the auspices of the State of Israel Bond drive. The Los Angeles delegation is headed by Victor M. Carter, chairman of the Los Angeles Committee for Israel Bonds, and Louis H. Boyar of Los Angeles, national chairman for Trustees of the Israel Bond drive.
