Twenty-four graduates were awarded diplomas and certificates here today at the commencement exercises of the College of Jewish Studies. Eight of the graduates received bachelor of Hebrew literature degrees. Isaac Toubin, executive director of the American Association for Jewish Education, was guest speaker at the ceremonies.
