An Eleanor Roosevelt Chair in International Relations has been established by Brandeis University, it was announced here last night at the annual dinner here of the Fellows of the University. Mrs. Roosevelt, who was guest of honor at the dinner, was cited for “the deep humanity of your spirit.” Mrs. Roosevelt, a University trustee since 1949, has taught a course in international relations there for three years.
