Friedlander Elected President of Cincinnati Jewish Welfare Fund

Alfred J. Friedlander has been elected president of the Jewish Welfare Fund of Cincinnati, the central budgeting and fund-raising body of Cincinnati Jewry, succeeding Philip Steiner.

Herbert R. Bloch, Jr., was re-elected president of the Associated Jewish Agencies, the central planning group for eight Cincinnati Jewish health and welfare agencies. Martin M. Cohn is executive director of both of the central Jewish communal organizations.
