Kurt Koellner, 54, a former SS officer and Nazi security police officer was sentenced yesterday by the jury court to a lifetime term in prison at hard labor for participating in the killing of Jews in Chortkow, Gali-cia, during World War II. Some 60 witnesses from Poland, Austria and West Germany testified against him.
