Jacob H. Cohen, president of the Pride of Judea Children’s Services, and a leading philanthropist and Jewish communal leader, was honored here last night at a gathering in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom of more than 1, 000 persons to mark his 90th birthday. Among the guests of honor at the event were Abe Stark, Borough President of Brooklyn; Arthur Levitt, New York State Controller; and Abraham D.Beame, City Controller.
