Harry N. Soffer, attorney, will head the 1963 fund-raising campaign of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, it was announced here today. Mr. Soffer was appointed general campaign chairman by Milton Frank, president of the Federation.
A long-time civic leader here, Mr. Soffer has been active in community work in St. Louis for more than 35 years. He succeeds Morris A. Shenker, who led the campaign for two successive years.
