Brazil’s President Joao Goulart today awarded the national order of “Cruzeiro do Sul” to Mayor Mordechai Ish-Shalom of Jerusalem, Mayor Mo she Sahar of Tiberias and to Yitzhak Vardirnon, Governor of Israel’s Negev, President Goulart recently returned from a visit to Israel as a guest of the Israeli Government.
