German Judge Accused of Anti-semitic Remarks; Stays on Bench

The Schleswig-Holstein Justice Ministry announced today that Heinrich Krause, a judge here, will have to face disciplinary action on charges of having made strongly anti-Semitic remarks publicly.

The Kiel public prosecutor said he will examine the charges from the standpoint of penal law. Judge Krause meanwhile is continuing his judicial duties.
