King Hussein of Jordan today accused Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Naser of “indifference” toward the “Palestine problem” and to “Israel’s permanent threat against Jordan.”

In an interview published in this evening’s edition of Le Monde, the Jordanian monarch said that his country constantly feels the “menace” of Israel and declared: “We know that any Israeli expansionist attempt will be made against Jordan.”
