Israel offered today to train Mexican technicians and technical specialists under its agreement with the Organization of American States to aid 200 Latin Americans under the OAS technical assistance programs. The offer was made by Aaron Remez, head of the technical assistance department of the Israel Foreign Ministry, who conferred with top officials of the Mexican Foreign and Education Ministries.
