Gen. Odd Bull, newly appointed chief of staff of the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization in Palestine, conferred with highest United Nations officials here today, preparatory, to taking over his new post, with headquarters in Jerusalem’s no man’s land, on June 1. Formerly the head of Norway’s air force, Gen. Bull will succeed Gen. Carl C. von horn of Sweden, in the UNTSO post.
