Delegates from 13 Jewish communities in central Canada at an Adult Education Institute decided to create a forum for an exchange of experiences and for cooperation in starting a variety of education programs in the communities.

Other proposals called for intensification of adult education programming by local and central organizations, publication of a guide of existing resources available from the various central Jewish organizations and appointment of a field man as a consultant and discussion leader for Jewish adult study groups.
