A $150,000 bequest by the late Carl Fechheimer, a Milwaukee engineer, to establish a chair in electrical engineering at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, was announced here today by Nathan L. Berkowitz, president of the Milwaukee chapter of the American Technion Society. Mr. Fechheimer had been the first president of the chapter.
