A supplementary budget of 130,000,000 pounds ($43,333,000) for the current year for unanticipated expenditures for security, immigrant housing and a national irrigation plan was submitted to Israel’s Parliament today by Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir. He said the supplementary budget outlays would be financed from revenue from existing taxes which had yielded 22 per cent more revenue than had been originally estimated.
