A special Jewish prayer to be recited this year in connection with this state’s celebration of the 300th anniversary of New Jersey was issued here today by Gov. Richard J. Hughes. With the aid of a four-faith advisory committee, which included Jewish, Catholic, Protestant and Eastern Orthodox representatives, the Governor has prepared a separate tercentenary prayer for each of the religious groups. The Jewish representative on the committee was Martin Jellin, president of the Jewish Community Council of Essex County.
