N. Y. State to Erect Memorial for Lehman; Governor Names Committee

Two college heads and a federal judge were named today by Governor Nelson Rockefeller and Republican legislative leaders to develop a state memorial for the late Herbert H. Lehman, former Governor and Senator.

Chancellor William P. Tolley of Syracuse University, the Rev. J.J.
