Kd Israel, the Israeli radio network, announced today it had agreed to prepare a series of documentaries on modern Israeli life for broadcast on the Hamburg radio.
The series, entitled “Israel Today, ” will include reports on immigrant absorption, water problems, music, an anthology of modern Hebrew literature and roundtable discussions in German on current issues in German. The Hamburg broadcasts will start early in 1965.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
