Former President Harry S. Truman was honored with the Distinguished Service Award of the Free Sons of Israel, at a breakfast celebrating the fraternal order’s 115th anniversary. Mr. Truman has been a member of the Free Sons of Israel for 50 years. Last year’s award was presented to the late President John F.Kennedy.
