Shimshon Arad, Israel’s new ambassador to Mexico, presented his credentials today to Mexican President Adolfo Lopez Mateos. Ambassador Arad succeeds Ambassador Simcha Prattt, who left to take up a post at the Israel Foreign Affairs Ministry in Jerusalem.
