Albert Bessin, a Tunisian Jew, has been elected a member of the Tunisian National Assembly, it was reported here today from Tunis. Mr. Bessin had been a deputy in the first Tunisian Assembly.
Abraham Sasson, a 32-year-old Jew, was named the dean of the faculty of sciences at the university here by the Moroccan Minister of Education. Mr. Sasson is a professor of science.
