Israel First to Sign International Communications Satellite Pact

Israel became today the first nation other than the 19 original charter members to sign the International Communications Satellite Corporation agreement.

Ambassador Avraham Harman signed on behalf of Israel. The agreement was also signed by the Israeli Economic Minister, N. Shamir on behalf of the Ministry of Posts of Israel, which is the operational agency in international communications matters.
