Conservative Synagogues to Convene Assembly of Jewish Educators

Problems in religious school curriculums dealing with instruction in customs, ceremonies, prayers and observances will be dealt with at the 13th annual convention of the Educators Assembly of the Conservative United Synagogue to be held March 28-31 in Kiamesha Lake, N.Y.

Educators from synagogues throughout the country will attend the convention which will feature addresses by Rabbi Bernard Segal, executive director of the United Synagogue; Zvi Scharfstein, professor emeritus of education at the Teachers Institute of the Jewish Theological Seminary; and Dr. Morton Siegel, head of the department of education of the United Synagogue.
