Congressman Reid Introduces Bill for Liberalization of Immigration

Rep. Ogden R. Reid, New York Republican, today introduced a bill which would liberalize immigration laws by abolishing the discriminatory national origins quota system and her reforms. He said that “for too long we have been content to permit a discriminatory and outdated law be the basis of immigration into the United States.”
