Ben Touster, American Jewish community leader, former president of the United Hias Service and treasurer of CARE, was honored here by the Jewish Central Committee, representative body of Mexican Jewry. Mr. Touster, on a visit here with his wife, made a special study of the situation of the Jewish refugees from Cuba. Some of the refugees here are awaiting U.S. visas.
