President of Brazil Names Jew As President of Federal Bank

The president of Brazil today appointed Gen. Rafael Zippin, a Jew, as president of the Federal Savings Bank of the State of Rio Grande do Sol. Gen. Zippin, active in the Jewish community of this city as well as nationally, has participated in the United Israel Campaign in this country.
