The Women’s League for Histadrut Scholarships announced the establishment today of a perpetual scholarship in Israel in honor of Mrs. Arthur J. Goldberg, wife of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Goldberg. The scholarship provides for a $2,500 endowment within the framework of the Histadrut Scholarship Fund to aid needy youngsters in Israeli vocational high schools.
