Degrees and diplomas were conferred today on 18 graduates at the 37th commencement exercises at the College of Jewish Studies here. Edwin Wolf II, president of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture and chairman of the publication committee of the Jewish Publication Society of America, received the honorary degree of Doctor of Hebrew Letters.
