The difficulties which the Joint Distribution Committee faces now in its relief work overseas following the loss of several million dollars a year from German reparations, were outlined here today by Charles Jordan, JDC Director General. He addressed the United Jewish Appeal Young Leadership Mission which arrived in Paris en route to Israel.

The Mission is made up of 106 younger Jewish communal leaders from 31 cities in the United States, headed by Irwin S. Field, of Los Angeles, who is West Coast regional vice-chairman of UJA.
