Peace Corps Group of 84, Bound for India, to Spend Month in Israel

Eighty-four members of the U.S. Peace Corps, destined for India, will arrive in Israel tomorrow to spend a month observing forms of agriculture, it was announced here today.

The group will study Israeli progress in poultry and other aspects of food production. The Peace Corps volunteers will visit historic sites in Israel.

Israel’s Department of International Cooperation is working with the Peace Corps to facilitate the visit. The group will remain in Israel at least one month.
