Naoum Blinder, former concertmaster of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra and teacher of Isaac Stern and many other ranking violinists, died here at the age of 76. A graduate at 14 of the Imperial Conservatory at Odessa, he studied in England and then taught at Odessa and in Moscow before coming to the United States in 1928 under sponsorship of the New York banker, Felix Warburg.
