V. J. Skutt, a prominent insurance executive, has been named National Brotherhood Week chairman for 1966, it was announced today by Dr. Sterling W. Brown, president of the National Conference of Christians and Jews, which sponsors Brotherhood Week. President Johnson is honorary chairman of Brotherhood Week.
