The annual conference of the Federation of Reconstructionist Congregations and Fellowships opened in White Plains today to map plans for expansion of the Jewish Reconstructionist movement.
Founded by Dr. Mordecai Kaplan, the movement interprets Judaism as an evolving civilization. The conference will continue through Sunday.
