U.S. Jewish War Veterans to Establish a Memorial Forest in Israel

The Jewish War Veterans will plant a Memorial Forest in Israel of 100, 000 trees, through the Jewish National Fund, Milton A. Waldor, national commander, announced today. Ben Kaufman-of Trenton, New Jersey, past JWV national commander and holder of the United States Congressional Medal of Honor, will serve as national chairman of the Memorial Forest Committee. The Forest will be located on a site near Jerusalem.
