Baltimore Hebrew College Presents 44 Graduates with Diplomas

Diplomas were presented to 44 graduates of the Baltimore Hebrew College high school and college divisions and certificates to the five graduates of its Women’s Institute at graduation ceremonies here. In addition, professional diplomas were presented to the two graduates of the college’s extension course given in Washington.

At the ceremonies, an honorary doctorate of education was conferred upon Dr. Judah Lapson, founder and president of the National Hebrew Council, in recognition of his engineering efforts in introducing modern Hebrew into the public school system.
