Mrs. Myer Feinstein of Philadelphia has established the Myer and Rosaline Feinstein Public Library in Eilat, Israel, with a gift from the Myer and Rosaline Feinstein Foundation to the Israel Education Fund of the United Jewish Appeal, it was announced here today by Joseph Meyerhoff, IEF chairman.
