A delegation of Indian Jewish leaders met over the weekend with Prime Minister Indira Ghandi and reported to her on various Jewish enterprises. The delegation was comprised of Samuel Koder, president of the South Indian Jewish Association, H. Cynowitz, president of the Central Jewish Board of Bombay, Isaac Atalagewaker of Bombay and E. He said the Prime Minister had pledged here “whole-hearted support” for the observance. Other delegation members told the Prime Minister about the activities of the WJC and the plans of the plenary session.
