U.S. Will Sign Convention for Abclition of Racial Discrimination

The U.S. Government will sign the Convention for the Abolition of Racial Discrimination, it was announced here today by Ambassador Arthur J. Goldberg, chief U.S. delegate to the United Nations. The announcement was made at a meeting of the U.N. Economic and Social Council.
