Israel’s delegation to the forthcoming session of the United Nations General Assembly, which opens September 20, will be headed by Foreign Minister Abba Eban. He is due to arrive in New York in two weeks, it was announced here today. Although the composition of the rest of the Israeli delegation is not yet known, the number of members are believed to have been out considerably from the number attending last year, because of the current retrenchment program and internal Herut difficulties.
