Israeli Company Wins $140,000,000 Contract to Build Dam in Iran

Vered, the Israeli planning and construction company, has won a $140,000,000 contract to build a 160-foot high dam south of Shiraz in Iran. Vered won the contract in competition with French, Italian and other foreign bidders.
