Anti-Jewish placards appeared over the weekend in a number of West German towns, it was reported here today. The placards, bearing slogans such as “More concentration camps for Jews” and “Heil Hitler,” appeared in Dachau and Bergen Belsen, the sites of notorious Nazi wartime death camps, among other places.
