Fraga Iribarne, Spain’s Minister of Information and Tourism, told a press conference in Beirut that Spain would never recognize Israel, it was reported here today from Beirut, Lebanon.
The Spanish Cabinet member, in making that statement, stressed Spain’s ties of friendship with the Arab countries in the Middle East.
