Chaplain Clifford B. Miller, the first full-time rabbi to be assigned to Thailand, has arrived in Bangkok, the National Jewish Welfare Board’s Commission on Chaplaincy announced today. A native of Detroit, Rabbi Miller was ordained at the Jewish Theological Seminary last year.
